This project was originally released August of 2016, but I after living with it a while it seemed that it had only reached a part of it’s potential. I went back and over the course of 6 months attempted to bring out the best of what was buried in the music. So this really is a new set of pieces built out of the original 2016 source material.

For years I've been fascinated with the idea of stasis in musical form. "Entropy" is an exploration of one aspect of this structurally.
All 5 pieces are based on the same set of repeating patterns that slow over time proportionally to the original rhythmic pattern of the patterns until each note's time value has increased to up to 64 measures.
a unified basic tonality is used on most parts to slightly obscure the individual patterns and put focus more on the whole of the internal movement than the individual themes.
